• Delivery services are available all over the Lebanese territories.
  • Delivery service would cost an additional fee of LBP 12,000 added to your total purchase amount, unless this fee is waived due to a promotion.
  • Our current payment option is “cash on delivery”; we are working to add more options soon.
  • Delivery would be completed through the courier in 1 to 4 days unless unforeseeable events occur.
  • Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation, afterwards you will receive an SMS from the courier with a tracking number to stay updated on the delivery status.
  • We apply a quality control policy for all shipped items to make sure our customers receive their items in a good condition, if there are any issues with the delivered goods; the customer can contact our customer care department.
  • The customer care department is the sole reference for any claim of exchange or repair request, we do not have a refund policy.
  • After filing a request and getting an appropriate answer, the customer can personally visit one of our branches for any exchange or repair request within 2 weeks after receiving the product with the condition of having the invoice, or if the product is faulty then RezlanHome will exchange the product free of charge.

As a customer, you agree and confirm on the following:

  1. In the event of a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
  2. The correct and proper address at which delivery of the goods ordered by you shall be provided by you. If a recipient’s address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, we may attempt to find the correct address and to complete the delivery, but we assume no responsibility for our inability to complete delivery under such circumstances. If the address is incorrect, or if delivery can’t be completed, then a surcharge for extra cost will be imposed to the customer.
  3. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
  4. Exchange or repair conditions:
  • The customer care department is the sole reference for any claim of exchange or repair.
  • Any items to be exchanged or repaired must be in the condition and packaging as received and presented with the Order Confirmation and the Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase. No exchange or repair will be considered without it.
  • Any items to be exchanged or repaired may be returned to one of our branches. Not withstanding the terms and conditions herein, items shall be exchanged or repaired at the sole discretion of our company.
